Leave a legacy

Leaving a legacy to the Community Self Build Agency will help those with housing needs to build a better future for themselves.

There are a number of ways that you can leave money through your will:

  • Residual Legacy - This is a gift or part of the residue of your estate, once all the other gifts and responsibilities have been made.
  • Pecuniary Legacy - This is a fixed sum of money, chosen by you that you wish to leave.
  • Reversionary Legacy - You may wish to leave a gift to someone for them to enjoy during their lifetime with the proviso that it passes on to someone else after their death. This is an ideal way of providing for someone during their lifetime while also helping the Community Self Build Agency after their death.

If you would like to know more about leaving a legacy, please email info@communityselfbuildagency.org.uk or telephone01795 663 073 and ask for the Legacy Brochure to be sent to your home address.
